Beyonce and Jay Z‘s only child is celebrating her 3rd birthday this Wednesday and no expense has been spared.
In a new photo shared on Queen B’s Instagram, it seems Blue Ivy Carter celebrating with plenty of balloons, flowers and a custom-made ice sculpture. (In essence, her birthday party is already way better than anything you’ve ever been to.)
